Join HILTON as a Maintenance Supervisor!
As a Maintenance Supervisor at Hampton By Hilton, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance issues within the hotel to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your daily duties will include:
  • Conducting daily maintenance checks and repairs of mechanical equipment.
  • Coordinating renovation projects and managing emergency programs.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ensuring that all hotel fixtures and fittings are maintained in safe condition.
  • Implementing energy conservation programs to minimize operational costs.
  • Conducting monthly safety inspections and ensuring staff training.
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will have:
  • Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A commitment to high-level customer service.
  • Previous experience in a management role.
  • Flexibility to respond to various work situations.
Experience in First Aid and vocational training in engineering is a plus.

  • Experience in Tunnels projects in KSA is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
