Role Overview:
The Procurement Lead will oversee the procurement of project packages, working in collaboration with the Procurement Manager and Director, while ensuring compliance with NEOM governance policies.
Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities aligned with NEOM’s policies.
• Review and advise on tendering and contracting strategies.
• Compile and prepare tender documents.
• Facilitate communication and manage the tender evaluation process.
• Prepare contract documents and monitor supplier performance.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Promote NEOM’s culture and values.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years in procurement with at least 2 years in project procurement leadership.
• A degree in Commerce, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and proficiency in ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
