- Organize daily mail and appointments.
- Represent the company to clients, maintaining a professional image.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Oversee the maintenance of the administrative headquarters and ensure safety systems are operational.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance companies to ensure a clean and functional environment.
- Manage all aspects related to meeting setups, scheduling of visits, and employee attendance.
- Handle inquiries over the phone politely and effectively.
- Perform additional duties as required by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Executive Secretarial Studies.
Experience: 1 year in a similar role.
