Job role A Pret:

·      To support my GM in putting in place a robust Family Tree

and Plan Bs for each role to ensure business needs are met.

·      To support in-house training, legal compliance training and

graduations by ensuring that they are carried out following

the agreed standards and guidelines and at the right time.

·      This includes completing Journals and reviews accordingly.

·      To ensure the team consistently delivers delicious food by

following the 6 Key Points of Production.

·      To ensure the shop is clean, safe and the equipment well

always maintained.

·      To drive sales and profit through the Big 4 (Forecasting,

Rota, Ordering & Production).

·      To contribute to labor efficiency considering customers,

team and business needs.

·      To analyses stock take results, taking control of any issues

by following the 7 Steps of Unaccounted.

Working Hours:

·      6 days a week, 8 working hours.

Requirements:

·      English language.

·      5 to 10 years’ experience in F&B, Floor and Kitchen.

Front of House and 

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies across the MENA region.
• Contribute to reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through innovative marketing approaches.
• Manage significant marketing budgets and optimize expenditures for maximum output.
• Lead efforts in developing organic acquisition strategies to enhance customer engagement.
• Drive revenue growth through targeted campaigns and successful execution of growth strategies.

• Minimum 35 years of marketing experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated experience in executing growth strategies that have led to substantial revenue increases.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve marketing goals.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
