• Conduct client discovery meetings to assess requirements.

• Support and mentor new Professional Services Consultants.
• Travel across Arab countries as needed.
• Stay updated on accounting trends and software developments.
• Provide internal training on product updates.

• 5+ years experience in external audit using Caseware products.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification or part-qualification).
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Project management experience.

• Coordinate and manage administrative and office tasks.
• Organize meetings and prepare minutes as well as reports.
• Handle official correspondence and arrange agendas.
• Monitor tasks and deadlines while scheduling meetings.

• Previous experience in secretarial work and office management.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• High organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficient in using Office programs and familiar with office systems.

Required an administrative employee with the following experience:

1- Experience of not less than two years as a branch manager at McDonald's - Central Region.

2- Ability to handle pressure.

3- Experience in report writing and working with Microsoft programs.
