Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and management to resolve HR-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet workforce requirements.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
