Barista

**Job Title:** Barista 

 **Duties and Responsibilities:** 

- Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee. 

- Adjusting and setting up coffee machines and ensuring their quality. 

- Handling orders quickly and accurately while providing exceptional customer service. 

- Keeping the work area clean and organized according to safety and health standards. 

- Managing inventory and ensuring the availability of ingredients and supplies. 

- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 

### **Working Hours and Vacations:** 

- Full-time / Part-time (as per agreement). 

- Working according to a shift system, including morning and evening periods. 

- Weekly rest days and vacations according to company policy. 

### **Qualifications and Requirements:** 

- Previous experience in coffee preparation (preferred but not required). 

- Excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service. 

- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment. 

- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow.
