About the Role: As a Barista, your role will encompass various daily tasks that contribute to the overall guest experience. From preparing high-quality coffee beverages to ensuring a clean and inviting coffee station, your attention to detail will make a difference. You will engage with guests, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations, creating memorable interactions.
Key Responsibilities: - Opening Procedures: Set up the coffee station and check inventory levels.
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare a range of coffee and tea beverages to meet quality standards.
- Guest Engagement: Greet guests warmly and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Equipment Care: Maintain coffee machines and ensure cleanliness at the workstation.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage inventory and maintain documentation of recipes.
What We Need From You: - Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or equivalent experience.
- 23 years in a similar role, preferably in an international luxury hotel chain.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
- A collaborative and flexible attitude in a dynamic environment.
