Noor Barbershop in Al-Murooj District - Riyadh announces a unique job opportunity for the position of Men's Barber Salon Manager, according to the following terms and requirements:


Responsibilities:

Supervising the workflow inside the salon and ensuring the provision of distinguished services to clients.

Managing and organizing the schedules of barbers and ensuring adherence to appointments.

Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies specific to the salon.

Ensuring general cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.

Dealing with clients and resolving any issues or comments to ensure their satisfaction.

Managing daily financial accounts and coordinating with management regarding revenues and expenses.

Marketing the salon and increasing the customer base through innovative strategies.

Conditions and Requirements:

Previous experience in managing a barber shop or beauty center.

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

The ability to interact with clients politely and with good reception.

Skills in marketing and social communication are an additional advantage.

Preference for those with experience in simple accounting programs for managing daily accounts.
