Key Responsibilities:
- Answer hotel’s main telephone number and connect guests and colleagues to the correct telephone extension.
- Greet all callers warmly and sincerely.
- Execute wake-up call procedures effectively, maintaining accurate records.
- Take and retrieve messages in an appropriate manner.
- Foster a collaborative working relationship with all departments.
- Manage and monitor telephone system problems effectively.
- Document all guest requests, complaints, and problems immediately for the resolution process.
Requirements:
- 02 years of experience.
- Strong communication skills in both languages.
- Only Saudi Nationals may apply.
- Flexibility for shifts is essential.
