This role involves essential responsibilities ranging from ensuring the safety and maintenance of vehicles to adhering to corporate transportation policies.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and communicate corporate and hotel policies to colleagues.
• Perform thorough checks on vehicles at the start and end of each shift, including mechanical checks and cleanliness.
• Maintain a detailed vehicle logbook in line with company policies.
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly to the transportation supervisor.
• Follow driving instructions and adhere to transportation department procedures.
• Be familiar with fire and evacuation procedures and first aid protocols.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Expat local transfer with a transferable Iqama.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Possess a valid Heavy Duty License.

• Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow local and state driving laws and company policies.
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers to confirm delivery instructions and update on status.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns during deliveries.

Qualifications for Driver Position

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar driving role.
• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
