Join the Nova M Hotel as a General Cashier
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic finance professionals who excel in delivering exceptional customer service and finding creative solutions for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect deposited envelopes from the Front Office safe, ensuring accuracy by checking and tallying items against the deposit sheet.
  • Reconcile house fund daily and maintain the safe in a neat and organized manner.
  • Work in conjunction with a designated Finance employee and Front Office Manager to open the Front Office safe each morning.
  • Promptly report any missing envelopes to the Director of Finance or Financial Controller.
  • List any discrepancies in the deposited items and update the over/short column accordingly.
  • Liaise with the money exchange company for foreign currency transactions.

Education & Experience:
Degree in hotel management or accounting with at least one year of experience in a hotel environment. Proficiency in English and computer literacy is essential. Familiarity with Opera, Micros, FBM, and SUN System is advantageous.

Knowledge & Competencies:
  • Understanding hotel operations.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
