Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should possess a diploma or degree in the hospitality field with previous experience in hotel reservations. Computer literacy with excellent communication skills in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused with a proactive, courteous, dynamic, and approachable character. You will work independently in a structured environment and must demonstrate competencies in teamwork, responsibility, adaptability, and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and confirm guest room reservations made via telephone, letter, or fax.
- Input all reservations into the computer, ensuring all pertinent information is recorded.
- Address inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
- Stay updated on hotel promotions and follow procedures to manage all room reservations, rates, and confirmations.
- Maintain an established filing system for all correspondence and prepare reports as required.
- Enhance good public relations and strive to maximize business.
- Keep an accurate room status at all times.
- Ensure all incoming calls are answered as per company standards.
- Organize visa requests for hotel guests in accordance with hotel policy and upsell whenever possible.
