About the Role
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Revenue professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary levels of customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests. As a Reservations Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring effective communication regarding all reservations made, facilitating smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and confirm guest room reservations made via telephone, letter, or fax.
  • Input all reservations into the computer, ensuring all pertinent information is recorded.
  • Address inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
  • Stay updated on hotel promotions and follow procedures to manage all room reservations, rates, and confirmations.
  • Maintain an established filing system for all correspondence and prepare reports as required.
  • Enhance good public relations and strive to maximize business.
  • Keep an accurate room status at all times.
  • Ensure all incoming calls are answered as per company standards.
  • Organize visa requests for hotel guests in accordance with hotel policy and upsell whenever possible.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should possess a diploma or degree in the hospitality field with previous experience in hotel reservations. Computer literacy with excellent communication skills in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.

Knowledge & Competencies
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused with a proactive, courteous, dynamic, and approachable character. You will work independently in a structured environment and must demonstrate competencies in teamwork, responsibility, adaptability, and customer focus.
