We are looking for a skilled accountant to manage and oversee our financial transactions and reporting. As a vital part of our organization, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Recording Financial Transactions: Accurately documenting all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and revenues.
  • Preparing Financial Reports: Creating periodic reports such as the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement to analyze financial performance.
  • Budget Management: Monitoring the budget to ensure the organization adheres to the established financial plans.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws, and preparing tax returns.
  • Financial Data Analysis: Providing financial analyses that assist in strategic decision-making and identifying areas for efficiency improvement.
  • Internal Auditing: Conducting audits to ensure the accuracy of financial records and the effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Providing Financial Advice: Offering advice to management on how to improve financial performance and increase profitability.
  • Managing Accounts Receivable: Overseeing accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collection of dues.
  • Utilizing Technology: Leveraging accounting software to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Communicating with External Parties: Coordinating with external auditors, financial consultants, and tax authorities.

In addition, you will be responsible for the following duties in Arabic:
  • تسجيل المعاملات المالية: توثيق كافة المعاملات المالية بدقة، بما في ذلك المبيعات، المشتريات، النفقات، والإيرادات.
  • إعداد التقارير المالية: إعداد تقارير دورية مثل الميزانية العمومية، وقائمة الدخل، وقائمة التدفقات النقدية، لتحليل الأداء المالي.
  • إدارة الميزانية: مراقبة الميزانية والتأكد من التزام المنظمة بالخطط المالية المحددة.
  • الامتثال الضريبي: التأكد من الالتزام بقوانين الضرائب المحلية والدولية، وإعداد الإقرارات الضريبية.
  • تحليل البيانات المالية: تقديم تحليلات مالية تساعد في اتخاذ القرارات الإستراتيجية، وتحديد مجالات تحسين الكفاءة.
  • التدقيق الداخلي: تنفيذ عمليات تدقيق للتأكد من صحة السجلات المالية وعمليات الرقابة الداخلية.
  • تقديم المشورة المالية: تقديم نصائح للإدارة حول كيفية تحسين الأداء المالي وزيادة الربحية.
  • متابعة الحسابات المستحقة: إدارة الحسابات المدينة والدائنة لضمان تحصيل المستحقات في الوقت المناسب.
  • استخدام التكنولوجيا: الاستفادة من البرمجيات المحاسبية لتعزيز الكفاءة وتقليل الأخطاء.
  • التواصل مع الأطراف الخارجية: التنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين والمستشارين الماليين والجهات الضريبية.

  • Professional command of the English and Arabic language, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

Recommended Qualifications
  • CPA / SOCPA (active or in progress)
  • Experience with SAP or another large ERP system

Role:
The Accountant will support the finance team by performing basic accounting and administrative tasks.
