Join Our Team as an Accountant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accountant to join our finance team at Qawim for Professional Consulting. In this role, you will manage daily accounting tasks, ensure accurate financial record-keeping, and support compliance with local tax laws, particularly VAT regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and post journal entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reviews.
  • Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with Saudi tax laws.
  • Maintain and organize accounting documents and records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications are a plus (SOCPA, CMA, VAT, ACCA, etc.).
  • At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience (internship/co-op experience is acceptable for recent graduates).
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and general accounting principles.
  • Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
