We are looking for an experienced General Accountant to manage all accounting operations within our organization. Your role will involve:
  • Preparing and analyzing current financial status reports.
  • Managing and tracking all financial transactions and updating purchase and sales records.
  • Providing periodic financial reports to the board and relevant departments.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of financial data.
  • Entering accounting data into computer systems and archiving financial processes efficiently.
Responsibilities:
As a General Accountant, you will need to:
  • Utilize technological solutions and accounting software to perform tasks accurately.
  • Implement the accounting system set by the employer.
  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Secure financial information through database backups.
  • Analyze and report on the financial situation including variances in income statements.
Skills Needed:
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Strong analytical skills for financial data analysis.
  • Experience in overseeing tax compliance and federal regulations.
