Join First Access Consulting as a Project Accountant!
We are looking for a skilled Project Accountant to monitor and record all financial transactions related to ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and record all financial transactions related to ongoing projects.
  • Review and validate project-related cost allocations (materials, labor, subcontractors).
  • Track project budgets vs. actuals and report any deviations.
  • Work closely with the Project Managers to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Ensure proper revenue recognition as per project progress (*, % of completion).
  • Prepare monthly project profitability reports and support WIP analysis.
  • Assist in billing clients based on milestones or progress certificates.

Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3+ years in project accounting or cost control.
  • Strong knowledge of project-based accounting principles.
  • Strong Excel and ERP system skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and PMO teams.

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi financial regulations (VAT, Zakat).
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, or CMA) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
