As a key member of the finance department, your role will encompass a variety of accounting duties essential for the smooth operation of our financial activities. We are looking for a candidate with substantial experience and a proactive approach to tackle accounting challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct auditing and financial review.
- Record and post necessary accounting entries.
- Prepare payment orders for suppliers, salaries, and medical insurance.
- Review accounts and validate invoices for suppliers.
- Verify bank transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
- Prepare monthly salary reports and reconciliate employee accounts.
- Process utilities and communication invoices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.
