Job Objective:

Support the Manager of the Al-Hamra Mathnasium Center in supervising the workflow according to the global Mathnasium system, contribute to studying operational processes, ensure discipline, and follow up on financial and marketing tasks to enhance performance quality and achieve the center's objectives.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Contribute to studying and improving the operational processes of the center according to Mathnasium standards.
• Supervise the trainers and ensure their commitment to discipline and the quality of conducting educational sessions.
• Follow up on financial operations in coordination with management (payments, subscriptions, reports).
• Communicate with parents regarding schedules and educational plans and ensure their satisfaction.
• Implement marketing and community campaigns to raise awareness of the center's services and attract new students.
• Implement internal training for trainers according to approved Mathnasium systems and curricula.

Required Qualifications:
• Diploma or university degree in a relevant field (Management, Education, Mathematics…).
• Previous experience is not required, but the applicant must be quick to learn and willing to receive ongoing training and development.
• Effective communication skills with children and parents.
• Proficiency in using computers and office programs.
• Commitment to accurately implement Mathnasium systems.
