Tasks:

Full-time position at Fabric House headquarters in Riyadh, as a responsible individual for managing the concept store and communicating with customers to ensure a premium shopping experience, in addition to supervising the daily operations of the store.

Main Tasks

Welcoming customers and guiding them inside the store.

Providing a distinctive experience for customers that reflects a positive image of the brand.

Providing accurate and comprehensive information about products and their prices.

Maintaining the store's order and organizing products, ensuring correct pricing.

Issuing purchase orders for products and managing incoming inventory.

Managing payment processes and receiving payments from customers.

Handling exchange and return requests according to store policy.

Conveying customer feedback and requests to management to contribute to improving and enhancing services.

Required Skills

Previous experience in sales and retail (especially in fashion or products).

Familiarity with customer behavior principles and customer service.

Proficiency in communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with customers.
