Solving customer issues: Handling any inquiries or issues that may arise during the payment process, such as returns or exchanges of products.

Interacting with customers: Providing friendly and positive customer service during the payment process to ensure their satisfaction.

Dealing with financial documents: Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents related to payments and reviewing them.

Job title 2: Female sales employee in the evening shift 3 PM - 12 AM

Responsibilities:

Assisting customers: Providing advice and guidance to customers about suitable products according to their needs.

Displaying products: Presenting a range of products attractively and assisting customers in making purchasing decisions.

Completing sales transactions: Conducting sales transactions efficiently and quickly, ensuring accuracy of data.

Checking inventory: Monitoring inventory levels and providing reports on the need to replenish products.

Keeping up with the latest products: Familiarizing oneself with the latest products in the field of cosmetics and skincare to offer the best deals to customers.

Achieving targets: Working to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high performance levels.
