The primary focus of this role is to lead and oversee the Customer Services Department. This role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, managing post-sales relationships, and maintaining the quality of unsold stock units.

This role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, managing post-sales relationships, and maintaining the quality of unsold stock units.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute the annual and five-year strategic plans for the Customer Services Department, aligning with the company's vision and objectives.
- Manage the customer journey post-sale, including acceptance, handover, snagging, and post-handover processes, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Maintain the quality and presentation of the available stock pool, ensuring units are ready for sale and meet company standards.
- Liaise with the Construction Department to oversee unit inspections, modifications, and repairs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Train and lead a team of customer service professionals, including inspectors, coordinators, and call centre staff, fostering a customer-focused culture.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement touchpoint programs to strengthen customer relationships and build brand advocacy.
- Organise customer service events and represent the company in addressing warranty and maintenance concerns during the first 12 months post-handover.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing, Construction, and Maintenance, to ensure cohesive service delivery.
You Will Need To Be:

Background, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Over 5+ years of experience in customer services and relationship management, with a focus on quality assurance.
- Proven track record in leading customer-centric teams and implementing service improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with construction processes, quality surveying, and warranty management.
- Proficiency in customer service tools and systems.
