Job Purpose:
This position exists to maintain and archive all data based on approved documents or reports to SAP accurately and efficiently, adhering to quality standards as per defined policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange production consumables and create reservation requests for raw materials from stores as per production requirements.
• Perform posting and confirmation of all job cards with required details promptly and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Foreman/Charge hands for job card corrections as necessary.
• Release production orders.
• Enter finished goods movements in SAP daily.
• Create and post trial and rework orders as needed.
• Prepare daily production reports for production lines.
• Coordinate with Store Keeper/Engineer for validation of data bi-monthly.
• Prepare monthly production order variance reports with justifications.

Attendance Accountabilities:

• Upload attendance for all Alfanar projects in SAP.
• Review OT and update in SAP for non-staff employees.
• Execute attendance change requests timely.
• Ensure all approvals are completed promptly to prevent salary processing delays.

Business Trips and Payroll Accountabilities:

• Review and close business trips in the system.
• Support vacation salary payments in coordination with the payroll department.
• Review CATS for Alfanar projects.
