General Description: The indexing specialist works to support the real estate digitization project by organizing and classifying paper real estate documents and converting them into easily accessible digital data. The project aims to accelerate the process of converting real estate documents into accurate digital files, which contributes to achieving the goals of Vision 2030 related to digital transformation in the real estate sector. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Reviewing and analyzing real estate documents: extracting basic data such as owners, boundaries, geographic locations, and real estate descriptions from contracts and paper documents. - Updates and auditing: following up on updates that may occur to real estate data and auditing indexes to ensure they are error-free. - Ensuring information confidentiality: handling data carefully and following security protocols to protect real estate ownership information.
