Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Utilize SEO and content marketing strategies to increase website traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments for optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop digital strategies that align with sales goals.
- Manage and grow social media presence to engage potential customers and generate leads.
- Use email marketing and automation tools to nurture leads and increase customer retention.
- Track sales and marketing KPIs, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and sales.
- Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred:
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
