Job Description:

We are looking for an Event Organizer with experience and the ability to provide creative solutions and organize comprehensive events. The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, in addition to attracting new clients and developing new opportunities for the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing relationships with clients: Building a strong network of relationships with new and existing clients and maintaining communication to secure new business opportunities.
  • Marketing and attracting clients: Providing appropriate promotional offers and attracting clients from various sectors for event organization.
  • Event planning: Creating comprehensive plans for events that include design, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating all details.
  • Logistical coordination: Communicating with suppliers, contractors, and various venues to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Team management: Directing teams and volunteers and distributing tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Supervision and follow-up: Monitoring all stages of preparation and coordination and making necessary adjustments to achieve success.
  • Preparing evaluation reports: Providing reports after the event to assess performance and gather feedback to improve future events.

Requirements:

  • One year or more of experience in event organization and client attraction.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs for report preparation and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and high organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with the market and the ability to provide solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Ability to travel for work for one day if required.
