Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing online presence, and driving patient engagement through various digital channels. As part of our marketing team, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that promote our healthcare services and elevate brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, website, and paid search.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization for website content, ensuring high search engine rankings.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging and compliant content, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, social media ads) to increase traffic and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and healthcare regulations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, PR, and content, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with digital influencers and healthcare professionals to expand outreach.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on the healthcare industry.
- Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
