• Maintain full P & L responsibility for the company.
• Oversee the tender and project progress and all related issues.
• Drive health, safety, and environmental standards across all levels.
• Enhance strategic relationships with business partners, clients, and vendors.
• Attract, develop, and retain staff while ensuring effective succession planning.

Qualifications:

• Extensive local market knowledge and connections.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and human resources management capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge in construction management processes.
• Experience with construction management software.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

This position is open to male candidates, with minimum education of a bachelor’s degree and 410 years of relevant experience. Salary will be competitive with the market, including performance bonuses, medical coverage, and annual air tickets for the employee and family.
