Steer Studios is embarking on a mission to create a world-leading game development studio in Saudi Arabia. As part of our team, you will work alongside some of the best global gaming talents who have relocated to Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a Senior Financial Analyst and Project Accountant to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assess budget variances and develop financial KPIs.
  • Accounts Management: Ensure timely processing of invoicing, collections and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Payment Oversight: Manage financial transactions including royalties and monitor payment schedules.
  • Compliance and Audit: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and support audit activities.
  • Process Improvements: Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and automate financial workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 610 years of experience in financial management, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial tools.
- Passion for video games and an understanding of the industry landscape.
