Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the preparation of financial statements and periodic accounting reports.

• Manage and direct the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.

• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations and standards.

• Prepare financial and analytical reports for senior management to support decision-making.

• Manage internal and external financial audit processes and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

• Develop and improve financial systems and prepare budgets and financial forecasts.

• Monitor accounts receivable and payable and manage cash flows.

• Provide financial recommendations and strategies to enhance the company's financial performance.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field (preferably with professional certifications like CPA, CMA).

• At least [8 years] of experience in accounting.

• Proficiency in accounting programs such as [program names like SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks].

• Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial standards (IFRS, GAAP).

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare accurate financial reports.

• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to work in a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Ability to work under pressure and excellent organizational skills.
