Join Our Team as a Finance Director
The Finance Director plays a pivotal role at our Real Estate Company, overseeing financial strategy, planning, and operations. This leadership position requires a profound expertise in fund management and financing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the company’s goals. Manage financial forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis.
• Fund Management: Oversee investment funds, ensuring optimal performance and management of investor relationships.
• Financing and Capital Structure: Lead financing initiatives for projects, negotiating terms with financial institutions and ensuring favorable funding arrangements.
• IPO Preparation (Optional): Evaluate IPO feasibility and oversee financial due diligence.
• Financial Operations and Reporting: Ensure accuracy of financial reports and compliance with regulations.
• Leadership and Team Management: Guide and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Identify financial risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial insights to the executive team and board.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of finance experience, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles.
• Advanced knowledge of financial planning and strong analytical skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English required.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based with occasional travel.
• Extended hours may be required during critical financial periods.
