Communicating with clients to understand their requests and needs, providing them with advice and suggestions on choosing flowers and suitable designs, meeting client needs and fulfilling their desires. Ensuring the order is executed correctly. Selecting suitable flowers for the arrangement design and using new techniques and ideas for designing bouquets, vases, and gifts. Inventory Management: • Purchasing flowers from suppliers. • Ensuring the quality of flowers and storing them properly. • Monitoring inventory and updating it regularly. * Working to enhance sales and achieve the institution's goals by contributing to providing distinguished service and new arrangements and ideas. * Agreeing with suppliers such as chocolate companies and hospitality workers. * Preparing well before the event date and reviewing all orders to ensure their readiness efficiently. * Dealing with problems that arise during the preparation of events quickly and efficiently. * Providing reports that clarify the extent of achieving goals and difficulties to assess the success of events. * Committing to security and safety rules and regulations. * Effectively marketing products.
