A Human Resources Manager is required at Sarouja Restaurants in Riyadh.
Conditions: Must be a Saudi national with a university degree in Business Administration or a related field.
● Experience of not less than 3 years in the field of human resources.
● Familiarity with all governmental sites and platforms (Social Insurance - Qiwa - Baladi - Muqeem - Ministry of Labor - Chamber of Commerce).
● Good familiarity with the systems and laws of the Ministry of Labor.
● Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a work environment.
● Leadership personality and proficiency in communication and dealing with others.
● Proficiency in dealing with computers and programs like Word and Excel.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Organizing the Human Resources Department
● Follow up on all employee-related processes such as (leaves - termination - resuming after leave - etc.)
● Study the employment needs requests and create advertisements, coordinate interviews and sorting, conduct personal interviews, and select suitable candidates.
● Monitor attendance and departure according to the fingerprint system.
● Follow up on medical insurance for employees and vehicles.
● Prepare employment contracts and carry out the necessary hiring procedures.
● Develop and implement company policies related to training and development.
● Follow up on evaluating employee performance and provide support and guidance when needed.
● Follow up on updates to labor laws and ensure company compliance.
● Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager within his competence.
