Join Accor as a Food and Beverage Manager!
Are you ready to take on an exciting leadership role in the hospitality industry? At Accor, we are searching for a dedicated and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our hotel's Food & Beverage operation, which includes the restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and events.

About the Role
As a key member of our leadership team, you will report directly to the General Manager. Your responsibilities will be both operational and strategic, requiring a balance between service delivery and administrative duties. You will lead the F&B outlets with a hands-on approach, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operation of our F&B outlets, connecting with guests and supporting your team.
  • Ensure effective communication and problem-solving between the F&B team and other departments.
  • Oversee the smooth execution of conferences and events.
  • Handle rostering, coaching, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handler qualifications.
  • Availability for varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of H+L point of sale system would be an advantage.
  • Previous study in hospitality or tourism is desirable but not essential.
