In this role, you will participate in developing the main objectives of the accounts management and implement plans and programs to achieve these goals. You will ensure there are accurate frameworks and metrics to assess the level of achievement of these plans and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and develop accounting management policies and procedures and monitor their implementation.
• Oversee all staff in the department, evaluate their performance, and ensure compliance with accepted accounting standards.
• Manage the accounting processes related to the entity’s revenues and payments, ensuring effective control and recording in the accounting books.
• Supervise annual inventory processes and ensure the integrity of records and monthly and annual account reconciliations.
• Prepare accounting summaries and reports for senior management, keeping them informed of challenges and developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 510 years of experience in accounting management.
• Proficient in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
• Ability to manage and process large quantities of data.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and methods.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent managerial skills.
