Join our team as Head of Accounts
We at Gulf Hills Logistics Services are looking for a Head of Accounts with extensive experience in managing the company's financial accounts. Your main responsibilities are as follows:

Manage Accounting Activities: Supervise all daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of recording financial transactions.
Prepare Financial Reports: Prepare budgets and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and provide analyses for senior management.
Ensure Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international financial laws and regulations.
Manage Invoices and Payments: Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely receipt of payments.
Prepare Budgets and Cost Planning: Develop financial plans and budgets and analyze variances between actual and expected costs.
Manage the Accounting Team: Direct and support the accounting team to ensure quality and accuracy of work.
Collaborate with Other Departments: Provide financial support and ensure budgets align with overall objectives.
Analyze Financial Performance: Provide suggestions for improving profitability and reducing costs.
Long-Term Financial Planning: Develop strategic plans to support the company's long-term growth.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Extensive practical experience in accounting.
Strong financial analysis skills and ability to prepare reports.
Familiarity with accounting software.
Team management skills and effective communication.

Objectives: Ensure accuracy of financial operations and analyze financial performance to achieve the company's financial goals sustainably.
