InterContinental Hotels & Resorts has been a hallmark of luxury travel since 1946, renowned for its service and cultural connections. We are excited to bring on board a Chief Accountant who will oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial processes.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supervising daily accounting operations and staff
  • Verifying daily bank balances and preparing reconciliations
  • Conducting month-end accounts reconciliation for financial statement issuance
  • Reviewing monthly financial reports as per hotel policy
  • Ensuring timely tax payments and resolving variances
  • Assisting the Director of Finance with budgeting and financial analysis

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years accounting experience with 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (*, PeopleSoft, Opera)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
