Duties and Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:
  • Create and design logos, posters, advertisements, and print materials using software like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Develop visual identities for companies and brands.
  • Prepare innovative and professional designs according to specified standards.
• Multimedia Production:
  • Produce and edit videos using software like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Create animations and visual effects.
  • Design presentations and various digital content.
• Coordination and Communication:
  • Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to ensure visual goals are met.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective designs.
  • Oversee the implementation of designs and ensure their quality before publication.
• Continuous Development:
  • Stay updated with developments in design software and production tools.
  • Research creative ideas and apply them to various projects.

Required Skills:

About the Role:
The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in developing visual design concepts across various projects at RISE GROUP. This position involves collaboration with team members, participation in design critiques, and assistance in producing high-quality design concepts, visuals, and mockups that align with project objectives.

Role Outcomes:

• Develop High-Quality Presentations: Create visually compelling and effective presentations that engage the audience and communicate key messages clearly.
• Create a Range of Design Assets: Plan and produce a variety of design assets, including graphics, layouts, product illustrations, logos, presentations, and sales decks.
• Produce Engaging Multimedia Content: Generate short videos, GIFs, and motion graphics for social and digital platforms that enhance engagement and attract target audiences.
• Manage Multiple Projects and Deadlines Efficiently: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standards.

Skills & Competencies:

Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or an equivalent technical degree.
• Bonus: Adobe Certified Professional in Visual Design or Marketing Design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• 25 years of experience in an agency or client-based creative studio.
• Excellent time management skills.

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Nimblebot, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our clients. This position involves conceptualizing and executing compelling designs across various mediums, including editorial, print, and digital. Your ability to blend creativity with strategic thinking will be key in delivering high-quality designs that meet client objectives and enhance brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality designs across various platforms, including branding, web, social media, motion graphics, presentations, and more.
