Your Role
As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will be at the heart of the marketing team, creating high-quality, visually engaging designs that align with AlGooru's brand identity and marketing goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs that contribute to customer acquisition and engagement.

A Day In Your Life
- Lead the design and production of marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency.
- Develop creative concepts for digital and print designs.
- Optimize landing pages and UI/UX designs to improve user engagement.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Strong experience with UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
• Create compelling logos and designs for both print and digital media.
• Maintain awareness of current design industry standards and market trends.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Establish creative direction for the company and manage brand guidelines.
• Prioritize and manage multiple design projects within budget restrictions.
• Retouch and manipulate images as necessary.
• Illustrate concepts and prepare finished designs using necessary equipment and software.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and conceptual thinking skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities.
