• Someone who understands branding, storytelling, and UI/UX principles

Join our team as a Graphic Designer at Maarif Education! We are seeking a creative and passionate individual with a strong portfolio that showcases their skills in illustrative design and typography.

Responsibilities:

• Manage design calendar based on MarCom & Events calendar.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Meet with internal stakeholders to understand their design needs.
• Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme.
• Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, advertisements, and more.
• Utilize Adobe's Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for production.
• Select type size and style to enhance text and image readability.
• Apply internal branding guidelines.
• Produce drafts, make revisions based on feedback, and review final productions for errors.
• Coordinate with outside agencies and colleagues as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills.
• Portfolio of work is required.

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials. This role requires someone with a strong eye for design, an understanding of brand consistency, and the ability to collaborate with marketing teams to produce high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, email newsletters, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand identity and messaging.
• Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other visual content for marketing use.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and project requirements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, design software, and emerging marketing tools.
• Collaborate with other departments (*, sales, product) to produce compelling marketing materials and ensure a consistent visual presence across all channels.
• Prepare final designs for production, ensuring accuracy and quality for both digital and print formats.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer in a marketing or creative role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous marketing design work.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with web design, UI/UX, and motion graphics is a plus.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to adapt to changing marketing needs.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
