Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company’s high standards of personal presentation.
- Demonstrate efficient time keeping, presentation, and work flow.
- Maintain service of food to assigned standards/spec/batch cooking.
- Ensure the mise en place of the section is performed to high standards at all times.
- Maintain high presentation, correct plating, and cooking of food with guidance from senior chefs.
- Contribute to a team-oriented work environment and show an active interest in employees’ welfare, safety, and development.
