Host

Host/Hostess required to work on a real estate project, with a neat appearance, an attractive and professional personality, and at least one year of experience in the real estate field. They will be responsible for receiving guests with a smile and a warm welcome. They must be fluent in both Arabic and English, with the ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and professionally. The main tasks:

• Receiving guests and welcoming them in an elegant and professional manner •

• Briefly introducing clients to the company’s services.
• Assisting clients in filling out the electronic form.
• Handling complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the reception area.
• Assisting in organizing special events and activities.
• Ensuring smooth workflow during peak times.
• Following up later with clients regarding their requests.
