About the Job:
The HR Operations Manager will be tasked with overseeing, managing, and streamlining the human resources operations at Misk Schools. This role is vital for ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the HR Operations team to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Supervise the delivery of HR Operations and monitor workflow for accuracy and quality.
  • Oversee Employee Offboarding and monitor internal HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and handle employment-related matters.
  • Manage the payroll process ensuring accuracy in employee compensation.
  • Guide and support team members with training and development.
  • Create and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and oversee HRIS systems and data management.
  • Manage government relations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the overall HR department operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Master’s degree or related professional certification is preferred.

Experience:
  • Over 8 years in a similar field with strong understanding of labor laws.

Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle ERP.

Safeguarding:
The role requires adherence to safeguarding policies and ensuring the welfare of children and young people.
