As an integral part of our team, you will oversee HR operations ensuring effective employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include managing governmental portals such as Qiwa, Mudd, Muqeem, and GOSI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead talent acquisition through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and participation in hiring decisions.
  • Manage government relations and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining positive relationships with authorities.
  • Develop and implement employee loyalty and retention strategies, including engagement initiatives and recognition programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven HR experience with strong knowledge of labor laws and governmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
