At least 35 years of solid KSA experience in the Human Resources department and especially in functions such as HR Operations, Organization Development, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection:
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent in accordance with Saudi Arabian regulations.
- Maintain and update applicants’ status.
- Employee Onboarding and Training:
- Design and implement onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Conduct induction sessions on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Facilitate the completion of necessary company documentation.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally.
- Provide advice and counsel to managers on employee relations issues.
- Manage disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policies and Saudi Arabian law.
- Administration and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
- Process employee payroll and benefits.
- Other Duties:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Stay current with HR trends in KSA and labor laws.
- Processing leave requests and approvals.
- Reminder exit-re-entry processing & expiry.
- Expiry/renewal reminder business & visit visas.
- Processing employee requisitions such as salary certificates, etc.
- Leave salary calculations & approvals.
- Annual tickets amount processing.
- End of service calculations processing & approvals.
- Managing the attendance system and monitoring the attendance.
- Validating the overtime.
- Any additional tasks provided as and when the need arises with the scope of the department.
Qualification:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR, or Business Administration or relevant.
Experience:
At least 35 years of solid KSA experience in the Human Resources department and especially in functions such as HR Operations, Organization Development, and Payroll.
Skills:
- Must be an effective communicator with excellent communication skills in English (Spoken & Written).
- Very good skills in Microsoft Office and especially in MS Excel.
- Must be a multitasker and have the ability to handle work pressure with ease.
- Ability to think critically and provide logical inputs and out-of-the-box solutions.
- Ability to use EI for work-related matters.
- Must be very good in time management and committed.
- Arabic linguistic skills (Speaking or reading or writing) preferred.
