Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Division in delivering personnel services.
- Review various HR documents.
- Prepare performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- CIPD certification is preferred.
- 1 year of experience in a business environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Must possess Saudi nationality.
- Strong computer literacy.
Competencies:
- Hardworking and self-driven.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Confidential and loyal with good interpersonal skills.
