Overview of the Role:
We at the Prince Sultan Center for Defense Studies and Research (PSDSARC) are looking for an Inventory Management Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the warehouses under the Procurement and Supply Department, ensuring asset organization, and facilitating the process of dispensing and delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the organization of warehouse records and monitor assets and storage levels for various items.
  • Follow up on reporting lost, stagnant, damaged goods, and contracts.
  • Ensure accuracy of procedures during periodic and surprise inventories.
  • Implement inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for auditing processes.
  • Document the necessary data regarding inventory status.
  • Monitor the performance of employees under your supervision and oversee them.

Required Qualifications:
Intermediate experience ranging from 3 to 10 years in logistics, business management, or related fields, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and the ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
