Job Title: Delivery Supervisors Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Type: Full Time General Description: We are looking for an experienced Delivery Supervisors to oversee delivery teams and manage daily operations to ensure operational objectives are met efficiently. Responsible for monitoring the performance of delivery personnel, improving productivity, and solving delivery-related issues. Tasks and Responsibilities: 1. Team Management: • Supervising a team of delivery personnel and ensuring their adherence to the schedule and assigned tasks. • Distributing daily tasks and identifying delivery areas. 2. Performance Monitoring: • Evaluating the performance of delivery personnel and preparing daily and weekly reports. • Providing feedback and guidance to improve performance. 3. Problem Solving: • Handling any issues or complaints related to delivery, such as delays in orders or mistakes in deliveries. • Coordinating with customers and the customer service team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. 4. Process Improvement: • Analyzing operational processes and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Ensuring delivery personnel adhere to company policies and quality standards. 5. Training: • Training new delivery personnel and providing ongoing guidance to the team. • Promoting awareness of best practices and regulations related to delivery.
