Job Purpose / Objective: Manage the promotion of Rawafed brand and services to the consumer and medical audiences and responsible for the day to day running of the Marketing Department and its functions.

- Develop and monitor the implementation of the marketing strategy, plans, policies and processes in alignment with business strategy.
- Develop an annual marketing plan with all detail for the year’s activity to meet agreed Marketing objectives.
- Create and implement Marketing plan within budget, in conjunction with overall business strategy.
- Develop programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results.
- Ensure effective, branded marketing communications including the website, social media, print communication, and advertising.
- Manage special projects such as PR events, launches, marketing campaigns etc.
- Liaise with all department managers in-house, in creating marketing pieces for different areas * Booklet, newsletter, brochure etc.
- Maintain high level of knowledge of Rawafed services.
- Work closely with executives to ensure clear marketing message to audience and marketing support and research and evaluating new opportunities for the business, and customer needs and insights.
- Maintain awareness of competitor activity and general healthcare updates and perform analysis of the effectiveness marketing efforts.
- Manage relationship with key personnel in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries with a view to confirming on-going sponsorship of hospital events.
- Coordinate the appearance of all print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
- Evaluate marketing opportunities based on discussion and competitor analysis.
- Lead the team by ensuring an appropriate workflow management between the team through appropriate delegation of work.
- Provide formal and informal feedback and appraisal to employees in order to maximize employees and overall department performance in the pursuit of the set objectives.
- Prepare and issue on-going reports on all activities to Marketing Director.
- Expert in Internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record.
- Perform other applicable task and duties assigned within the realm of his/ her knowledge, skills and abilities.
Requirements:
Education/ Professional Qualification:
- Educational: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional: Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Five (5) years of relevant experience, ideally in the healthcare related field
- Certification: Marketing or relevant certifications
- Licensing: N/A
