We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to help drive brand growth and customer engagement. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and ensuring the company’s marketing efforts align with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Create and manage content for the company's website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics (ROI, traffic, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in all marketing efforts.
  • Help manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Organize and attend promotional events, product launches, and trade shows when required.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company’s marketing strategies remain competitive.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 13 years) in a marketing role, preferably in digital marketing or campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (*, Google Analytics, social media advertising, email marketing software).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (*, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of video production and editing for marketing purposes is a plus.
